during your use of the "RoboUP" App, which is operated by us.
You undertake to be an adult at the time you start using the product/service. If you are
under eighteen years old, you will need your guardian to consent to your use of the product
and agree to the full terms of service in this statement.

1. What personal information we collect and for what purpose
1.1 User Account Information
Collect information: e-mail address, telephone number, username, nickname, profile
picture, country code, language preference, time zone information.
Purpose: To facilitate your access to our products and services, we process your
personal data for the purpose of sending you important information regarding changes
to services, terms, conditions and policies, and/or other administrative
information.
Collect information: access to location, the user’s photo album.
Purpose: Location is to obtain network information and connect Bluetooth, album is
to access the album to modify the user profile picture.
1.2 User Mobile Phone Information
Collect information: phone model, operating system, unique device identifier, "RoboUP"
application version number, push notification identifier, log files and mobile network
information.
Purpose: It is the basic information necessary for us to provide services.
1.3 Smart Devices Information
Collect information: information about the smart device you have (device name, device
model, device ID, online status, activation time, OS type and version, device settings,
MAC address), information about smart device functions (automatic mowing, spot mowing,
return to base station, mowing by appointment, map management, work log, error log,
device password, etc.), image and device location information (IP address, GPS
location), WiFi name, WiFi password.
Purpose: We may associate the above information so that we can provide you with
consistent service on different devices,
so that you can remotely operate the intelligent hardware devices you purchase through the App;
for the purpose of ensuring the functionality and security of our products, developing
and improving our products and services, analyzing the efficiency of our operations, and
preventing fraud or misuse, the WiFi and password data you fill in that we will store
encrypted locally on the device and will not upload to the server, and that you can
access the device at any time to delete this information.
1.4 User feedback
Collect information:
Log information of the product and the device(including device status, device operation record,
unique identifier after device registration), your contact information, and your feedback;
Purpose: to facilitate analysis of the causes of the current problems encountered by
users, return to user, to know whether the problem is completely solved.
1.5 Log information
Collect information: when you use our App products, application logs and exception
stacks may be uploaded.
Purpose: To provide services to you and to maintain and improve them.
We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes described above in
this statement, and this information will be used to provide services to you, to
optimize our services and to secure your account.
2. How we store your personal information
2.1 Data Storage Location
As necessary for normal operation and maintenance of the Application, we may transfer
the above personal information (including personal sensitive information) collected by
us across the border to the country or region where our affiliated companies and
entrusted service providers are located or have operations in accordance with applicable
laws, and store and process them there. The information transferred will remain with the
recipient until the earlier of the above purposes or your cancellation of your account.
Prior to such cross-border transmission, we will conduct a security assessment in
accordance with national regulations, comply with the regulatory requirements of the
corresponding recipient, and supervise the processing of personal information by the
overseas recipient to ensure that they only process your personal information within the
scope of authorization and that their processing activities comply with the personal
information protection standards stipulated by the regulations. Although other regions
may not have the same data protection measures as your country/region, we will still
protect the personal information we transmit in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
For cross-border business, we will only keep your personal information for the purpose stated in this Agreement and for the time limit stipulated by laws, regulations and regulations.
2.2 Data Storage Duration

2.2.3 For local data of mobile phone, the data will be erased when you uninstall the
"RoboUP" product or erase the "RoboUP" product data.
2.2.4 When our products or services stop operation, we will notify you by push
notification or announcement, and delete your personal information within a reasonable
period of time.
3. How we protect your personal information
3.1 We have taken industry standard security measures to protect the personal
information provided by you and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use,
modification, damage or loss of data. We will take all reasonably practicable measures
to protect your personal information. We will encrypt the transmission and store
identifiable personal information to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
We anonymize and encrypt the International Mobile Device
Identity Code (IMEI) and network device address (MAC) on your device, and only collect
and upload the anonymized and encrypted identifier.
3.2 We deploy access control mechanisms on the server side, adopt the principle of
minimum sufficient authorization for staff who may have access to your personal
information, and regularly check the list of visitors and access records. The server
systems on which our users' personal information is stored are security-hardened
operating systems. We hold regular trainings for our staff on laws and regulations
relating to the protection of personal information to enhance their awareness of user
privacy protection.
3.3 In the unfortunate event of our physical, technical or administrative safeguards are
damaged, we will promptly activate our emergency response plan to prevent the expansion
of the security incident and report it to the competent state authorities in accordance
with the requirements of laws and regulations, and promptly inform you of the basic
circumstances of the security incident, its possible impact, and the measures taken or
to be taken in a reasonable and effective manner by means of push or announcement.
4. How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
4.1 How to share personal information
(1). We will share your personal information with other parties where we have your
express consent to do so.
(2). We may share your personal information with the public in accordance with the
provisions of laws and regulations, the requirement of litigation dispute resolution, or
requirements of administrative and judicial authorities.
(3). To the extent permitted by law and regulations, the sharing of your personal
information is necessary to protect the interests, property or safety of our affiliates
or partners, you or other users of our company or the public from damage.

identify you. For example, we may tell the app developer how many people have installed
the app they have developed.

consultants or agents only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy in order to
provide a better customer service and user experience. These vendors, service providers,
consultants and agents may provide us with technical infrastructure services, analyze
how our services are used, measure the effectiveness of advertising and services,
provide customer service and payment services, conduct academic research and surveys, or
provide legal, financial and technical advisory services. We will sign strict data
protection agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share
personal information and require them to handle personal information in accordance with

5. How we use cookies

consider the reasonableness of the request for restriction. If the GDPR has relevant

lifted.
(5). If you are an EU user governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
you have the right to receive your personal information in the commonly used structured
format and to transfer this information to another data controller.
6.2 Deleting personal information

(4). If you are an EU user governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
you have the right to request us to erase your personal information. If the GDPR
provides for this, we will consider the reasonableness of the erasure request and take
reasonable steps, including technical measures.
6.3 Changing personal information
Change your avatar, nickname, mobile phone number, basic email information.

6.4 Cancellation of personal accounts
Cancellation of our company account.
(1). Please contact us (info@roboup.tech) to cancel your account and we will delete or
anonymize your personal information after you cancel your account.
6.5 Withdrawal of your consent or authorization
(1). You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your
personal information in our possession or control by contacting us by email
(info@roboup.tech). We will process your request within a reasonable time after you have
made it and will not collect, use and/or disclose your personal information thereafter
in accordance with your request.
(2). Please note that your withdrawal of consent may lead to certain legal consequences,
which may mean that you cannot enjoy our products and services, depending on the extent
to which your withdrawal of consent allows us to process your personal data.
7. Protection of minors’ personal information
we take the protection of personal information of minors seriously and if you are a
minor, please use our products and services under the premise that your guardian has
read this Privacy Agreement carefully and has obtained your guardian's consent.
If it is proved that a minor has used our products and services without the consent of
the guardian, we will negotiate with the guardian concerned and try to delete the
relevant personal information as soon as possible.
In order to provide you with better service, we may timely modify the terms of this
